Somnia is being developed by Virtual Society Foundation, an independent organisation initiated by Improbable, a British start-up that has been at the forefront of building virtual worlds for over a decade. VSF received initial funding from MSquared, which raised **$150 million** in funding from a16z crypto, SoftBank, Mirana Ventures, CMT Digital, and SIG.
**Role Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:
- Plan, organise, and oversee projects across multiple departments, aligning them with organisational goals.
- Develop project timelines, set milestones, and monitor progress to ensure deadlines are met.
- Schedule meetings, document decisions, and track follow-up actions.
- Coordinate teams and foster effective cross-department collaboration.
- Manage tools and systems to monitor project progress and performance.
- Organise and support the execution of key initiatives, such as product and partnership launches
**Requirements**:
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in the tech industry, preferably in the Web3 space.
- Proven track record of managing all aspects of a project lifecycle.
- Ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously and prioritise tasks effectively.
- Notion proficiency.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills.
- A proactive problem-solver who can adapt to shifting priorities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with product development, marketing strategies, or partnership processes is a plus.
**The Position**:
- Fully remote with flexible working arrangements.
- Requires availability across different time zones to accommodate a global team.
- Reports directly to the Head of Operations.
