**About the job**:
Interiio is an Interior Design and Renovation firm based in Singapore. We are an Agile company with a keen focus on learning and building strong processes.

We are looking for responsible and communicative interns to groom into future leaders and managers.

Our Operations Hub team consists of client experience managers, project managers, accountants, and hopefully you It will be a lean team, but you will have fun working and learning alongside different people.

You will be guided and mentored by our Operations Hub Lead.

You can expect to:

- Speak to clients to find out design requirements for our interior design team
- Schedule workers and subcontractors for work
- Source and procure materials and services
- Manage inventory
- Provide input to develop software and processes to optimize resources

You can be sure that you will learn how to negotiate, communicate and manage people. Plus, you will gain tons of technical knowledge in the interior design and renovation industry. If you are someone who would like a bird’s eye view of a business, this is your best chance to learn.

**Requirements**:

- Able to speak and write English fluently
- Able to speak and write Mandarin (many of our vendors can only understand Mandarin)
- High integrity
- Hands-on attitude
