**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Content Development & Ideation**:

- Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and develop compelling content ideas.
- Translate concepts into scripts, storyboards, or shot lists for production.

**2. Pre-Production**:

- Shortlist and recommend casts, locations, art, and wardrobe for projects.
- Prepare call sheets, shooting schedules, and necessary documentation.
- Liaise with stakeholders to align on project goals and secure approvals.

**3. Video Shooting & Production**:

- Operate cameras and other audio/ video equipment to capture high-quality footage.
- Lead and manage on-location shoots, ensuring smooth coordination among crew and talent.
- Troubleshoot technical issues during shoots and ensure all footage aligns with the creative vision.

**4. Post-Production**:

- Have basic video editing knowledge.
- Brief assigned editor and supervise post-production phase meticulously

**5. Stakeholder & Vendor Management**:

- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to support production logistics.

**6. Logistics & Project Management**:

- Manage production budgets and timelines to ensure efficient project execution.
- Handle day-to-day logistics such as location permits, equipment bookings, and team scheduling.

**Key Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Film, Media, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with teams and clients.
- Basic knowledge of video production techniques, including lighting and audio setup.
- Problem-solving skills to address challenges during the entire project lifecycle.
- Attention to detail in creating visually appealing and engaging content.
- Ability to adapt to tight deadlines and fast-paced environments.
- Proactive self-starter who thrives in independent work environments and demonstrates the ability to manage tasks efficiently with mínimal supervision.
- Creative storytelling skills and an ability to produce content for diverse audiences
- Knowledge of current trends in video content and social media platforms will be an added advantage
- Proficiency in using Adobe Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve or CapCut will be an added advantage
