HEPMIL is looking for a **Producer** to work on a variety of content genres across all media platforms.

We are looking for a nimble, hyper-organized producer who possesses a passion for video production. As a producer, you will be expected to be thinking outside the box, adapt and resolve issues as they arise. You will have to be meticulous, a team player and a strong communicator.

**Key responsibilities for this role include**:

- Bring creative vision to life by driving the creative process from pre-production to production, working with a range of budgets, from low to high, and ensuring schedules are met
- Managing and communicating with professional with external stakeholders - clients and KOLs from pre-production to post production stage.
- Scouting for external locations, securing it and ensuring that deliverables are delivered on time.
- Define, communicate, and monitor quality standards and creative integrity on all project deliverables according to brand guidelines and product goals.
- Select and hire additional crew and talent; make transportation arrangements for the crew, talent and equipment; and ensure all location power needs are met
- Work closely with the production assistants to curate set designs, props and wardrobe for the shoot

**Requirements**:

- Minimally 2 years of experience in a Creative/Digital Media industry as a Video Producer
- Thorough knowledge in digital/film production
- Knowledge of current trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in video production and social media.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Comfortable working independently, able to multitask and think on your feet with little guidance.
- Possess project management skills and able to prioritise workload to meet competing deadlines
- Possess critical thinking skills and resourcefulness

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: $1.00 - $2.00 per month
