CXC Global is working with international Financial Services based in Singapore. We are looking for a Performance Testing Engineer to join this exciting and dynamic team. You will work on a new project, and collaborate with the development and product teams in Singapore and overseas.

- Develop and maintains a Performance Test Plan/Strategy document defining test objectives, types of tests needed, workload matrix, and test scenarios
- Evaluate and understand the functional requirements for the scope of performance testing
- Work with the project manager to provide a timely update on the status of performance testing activities
- Write test plans, test cases, and record/track defects
- Designing, executing, and reporting Performance tests using tools like LoadRunner, JMeter
- Ensure bottlenecks are and identified, captured, and recommendations are provided and review the final performance summary report and present to stakeholders
- Ensure that performance testing issues are identified and tracked in a timely manner
- Obtain appropriate sign-offs at various stages of performance testing

**Job Requirements**

**Essential Skills**:

- Minimum 5 years experience in End-to-End performance testing performing software testing or related functions
- Experience working in a quick-paced Agile environment and SCRUM team format
- Experience working and setting up performance testing and monitoring tools e.g., LoadRunner/JMeter
- Strong hands-on skills to validate and review performance test scripts and scenarios with tools like LoadRunner/JMeter.
- Some coding/ scripting and tool integration experience
- Ability to convey technical information to non-technical individuals
- Highly self-motivated and accountable for tasks assigned
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
