**What do we need from you**:

- 10+ years of deep experience in omnichannel marketing (CRM, CX, Performance Marketing, Loyalty)
- At least 3 years working in a leadership capacity
- Be able to work closely with a CRM strategy team and data analyst to develop strategies born out of consumer, market, & behavioral insights
- Help our clients maximize value from customer engagement by harnessing the power of data & leading them towards the best practices in CRM, loyalty, and data-driven marketing
- Coaching and mentoring team members in technical and soft skills to grow and retain them

**What would set you apart?**:

- Proven ability to translate data analysis into actionable recommendations, projections, and KPIs
- Strong listening skills to understand client's visible and invisible needs; be able to recognise a situation needing a resolution
- Strong writing, presentation, and client-facing communication skills
- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms like Salesforce, SAP Hybris, Adobe Marketing Cloud, etc. is desirable
