The Marketing Manager will lead planning and execution of FocalScope’s reputation-building and marketing initiatives, across owned platforms (website and social media), SEO, SEM and other Above-the-Line (ATL) channels. This entails driving all aspects of writing, collateral production, graphic design, and includes the management of designers and/or agencies where applicable.

**Minimum qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Communications or Marketing, or equivalent practical experience
- 3-5 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Public Relations, Software Marketing or related roles
- Excellent spoken and written English language skill

**Preferred qualifications**:

- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads and Google Search Console
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
- Experience in working in a SaaS environment
- Experience in Wordpress and MailChimp
- Strong project management skills

**Digital marketing efforts**
- Drive content marketing efforts including the planning, copy writing and production of website pages, blog articles and other advertising or marketing collaterals.
- Manage FocalScope’s newsletter pipeline, customer journeys, and lead tracking via MailChimp.
- Maintain and manage the brand’s social media pages and content calendar.
- Track, analyse and report on activities to internal stakeholders for optimisation and performance improvements.

**Search Engine Marketing (SEM) & Search Engine Optimisation (SEO)**:

- Work with SEO/SEM vendor to formulate and execute effective Google Search and Advertising strategy.
- Work with SEO/SEM vendor to perform keyword research and analyses to identify content gaps and enhancements.
- Manage SEO/SEM vendor, owning project timeline and milestones, reviewing of deliverables and reports.
- Track and manage campaign performance and budget for SEM.

**Other marketing-related duties**
- Work with the Sales department to create and update a library of marketing decks.
- Craft press releases, distribute via PR wires and other relevant platforms.
- Monitor competitor news and developments, and conduct relevant analyses where relevant.
- Identify trade associations of target industries and opportunities for marketing and outreach.
