**Core Responsibilities**
- Identify actions plans to maximise store space
- Plan schedule for deployment of Store staff to ensure proper receipt of raw materials, safe and appropriate storage, and efficient dispatch of raw materials
- Maintain the inventory system accurately and in a timely manner, including ensuring accurate records of shipment information, missing/damaged raw materials and submit discrepancies to Purchasing Team
- Conduct stock reconciliation, investigate discrepancies and report on stock quality and availability to Head, Shared Services
- Ensure compliance to Standard Operating Procedures and workplace safety and health policies and processes
**Requirement**
- Minimum “O” Level required, at least 1 year of experience in managing a team
- Knowledge of using Microsoft Office and SAP MM module will be advantageous
- Good interpersonal skills / Team Player
- Resourceful with good planning and supervisory skills
- Able to prioritise tasks during peak operation hours to ensure operational needs is well supported
- Works well in a fast-paced environment

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: $2,200.00 - $3,200.00 per month

Schedule:

**Education**:

- GCE 'O' Level or GCE 'N' Level (preferred)
**Experience**:

- Supervising: 1 year (preferred)
