Roles & Responsibilities
As an Assistant Supervisor, you need to assist to lead the team to be independent and complete the work within time limit. Responsible for filing all staffs attendance, working documents/Information. In additional, need to check production forms, test records, defects and completion status and quality standards.
**Job Description**:
- Need to be familiar with the Products (Tofu) and Ingredients
- Must have prior experience and familiar in the preparation method, ingredients required, manufacturing process and completion for various type of (Tofu)
- Responsible and accountable for smooth operation in the production and overall standard of food quality
- Oversee and able to hands on in the preparation, manufacturing and completion of the products
- Need to hands on in packing of products with sealing machine, labeling and storing completed products in Cold Room (E.g -18 degree Freezer)
- Need to prepare delivery order 1 day in-advance according to Purchase Order for following day delivery. (all Purchase Order must indicate Date of Expiry)
- Responsible for daily stock check (FIFO), keep inventory of products. Must inform production department to replenish the products when stock pile quantity is low or whenever there is any Expiring Products (6 months Shelf Life)
- Ensure compliance with all hygiene, cleanliness and safety in accordance with Company’s SOP and statutory or regulatory requirements
- Adequate in computer skills
- Assist in other ad-hoc operational duties where required
Requirement:
- At least 2 years & above of solid working experiences in manufacturing of Tofu
- Able & willing to work under humid and heat, wet and damp, including cold room environment ( -18 Degree temperature)
- Able to load and unload goods of at least 25kg on approach
- Able & willing to work on Public Holiday, weekends and night shift
- Able to Multi Tasks and to display a hands-on approach at all times
- Strong leadership skills and management competencies
- Strategic & critical thinking as well as decision-making & negotiation skills
- Excellent organization & coordination skills, including communication & interpersonal skills to deal with a diverse spectrum of people
- Time management / meticulous and mature in work
