We are looking for a **Senior Manager Business Transformation (Field Service)** based in Singapore, reporting into the Senior Director, Biz Process Transformation.
ASM is embarking on the implementation of S/4HANA system and is looking for a S/4HANA Transformation Specialist, who has deep business domain knowledge, in this case Field Service, as well as SAP S/4HANA functional knowledge, to join the business team in executing all phases of the S/4HANA implementation project. You will be responsible for a workstream and is the interface between the business and the S/4HANA vendor, carrying out all the project activities, under the direction of the project PMO. You should have an influential personality to convey your ideas across and articulate to the different levels in the organization. You are pragmatic, empathize with the daily issues that the users are facing. You are independent, driven to get the job done, yet sensitive to the cultural, political, demographic as well as the different stakeholders’ potential reaction to change.
**Accountabilities include but are not limited to**:
- Standardizing processes across all business functions/domains within Global Sales, Service and Spares
- Harmonizing and streamlining among regions
- Documenting details of as-is and to-be business processes, global procedures and work instructions
- Educating business users on best practices employed globally within the industry
- Eliminating difficulties users face in their daily routine of operations
- Review, update and approve to-be business processes in alignment with the company’s culture, environment, requirements and processes
- Challenge status quo by offering pragmatic and efficient processes
- Monitor and measure performance, effectiveness and efficiency of specific core business processes
- Identifying, documenting and testing new business and exceptional scenarios
- Leading a successful project implementation with a high level of satisfaction and acceptance across all levels of stakeholders

**What Will Make You Successful?**
- Strong knowledge of equipment manufacturing business domains in the semiconductor industry
- Well verse and has deep insights on industry norms and best practices
- Ability to demonstrate values in industry best practice on a practical level
- Experience in managing change at all levels of the organization
- Strong problem solving skills
- Ability to articulate all aspects and views of problem and solution
- Ability to compare as-is and to-be to identify gaps and any additional business needs
- Ability to prioritize changes based on values, change impact and risks, to achieve the overall business objectives
- Flexibility to adapt a workaround solution into a business process, and to close the loop with a long term solution
- Bachelor’s degree in business management, supply chain management or any related discipline with 10+ years of relevant working experience.
- At least 10 years working in the manufacturing environment
- Prior experience in the business consulting environment will be advantageous
- Experience as a business process owner in several domains, eg. the man
