**About the job**:
We are looking for a versatile Inhouse Consultant (General Management, HR and Accounting) with a startup mentality, for a diversified business range within the group company. You will work closely with the owners and C-level management, while collaborating with individual project teams in different locations, such as Germany, UK, Spain, China, Pakistan, India and Egypt.

This is a rare opportunity to make a daily impact and thrive in a group company working in a diversified market environment and you will have the flexibility to work from home and office in Singapore.

Tasks
- Accounting, including payroll and invoice management;
- Reconcile incoming invoices, identify discrepancies and work in our digital accounting system for different legal entities. Generate outgoing invoices to customers and monitor receipt of payments;
- Reconcile all receipts with account transactions and prepare them for the tax offices;
- Be an important point of contact for our tax offices in different countries;
- Assist and monitor tax accountants on payroll accounting;
- Manage contracts with landlords, vendors and other service providers;
- Compliance management according to GDPR, AML and other relevant regulations;
- Reporting and presentations for the senior management;
- Support on budgeting, forecasting and controlling; Collect and consolidate data of key figures.
- Oversee daily operations through collaboration with senior management and department leaders, performing an array of administrative tasks;

**Requirements**:

- You have a degree in business, accounting, finance, or similar;
- Expertise and real work experience in Accounting & Finance with hands-on mentality
- You have solid knowledge of general commercial processes and HR administration;
- You have over 3-5 years of relevant work experience, dynamic and fast-paced environments are preferred;
- You understand importance of compliance;
- You are fluent in English, optional with other languages especially German would be a plus;
- You have great time management skills and work with proactivity;
- You are highly organized, resilient and flexible;
- You have a ‘hands on’ approach, visible across the business with good communication and other interpersonal skills;
