Singapore LS 2 MANAGEMENT PTE. LTD. Full time

**Job Scope**:

- Oversee the HR department and provide support to HR Director / Management.
- Partner with management to ensure strategic HR goals are aligned with business initiatives.
- Responsible for recruitment of executives and managers and office staff.
- Manage the staffing process, including recruiting, interviewing, hiring and onboarding.
- Ensure job descriptions are up to date and compliant with all local regulations.
- Ensure the organization’s compliance with local regulations.
- Ensure all company HR policies are applied consistently.
- Investigate employee issues and conflicts and brings them to resolution.
- Handle disciplinary, dismissal and grievances of staff.
- Provide support and guidance to HR staff
- Renewal / Applications of NEA & BCA licences.
- Liaise with training provider to ensure training arrangements are conducted as per NEA’s requirements.
- Maintain company organization charts and employee directory.
- Ensure annual salary revision in line with Progressive Wage Model for cleaners, team leaders and supervisors and annual increment for other category of staff.
- Organise annual event for office staff.
- Review and revise HR related forms.
- Updating of SOP for HR tasks regularly whenever there are changes.
- Updating of staff handbooks with Management periodically and changes in Employment Act and to meet business requirements.
- Update Operations Manager and contractors on the Employment Act and Foreign Manpower Act requirements to ensure compliance.
- Handle Foreign Medical Insurance claims and preparing Letter of Guarantee.
- Use performance management tools to provide guidance and feedback to team.
- Maintain HR systems and processes.
- Analyze trends in compensation and benefits
- Design and implement employee retention strategies
- Any other duties as assigned.

**Qualifications / Skills**:

- A bachelor’s degree in human resources, labour relations, organizational development, business or related area; relevant work experience may be a substitute
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite
- Experience with the human resources information system (HRIS)
- Ability to create a culture of diversity, inclusivity, collaboration and teamwork
- Experience with analyzing data to guide strategic employment planning
