**About Us**:
SYR Trading is a leading company in the fruit industry, particularly known for our top-quality durian products. As the No.1 TikTok Shop Durian seller, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional products and providing outstanding customer experiences through innovative digital initiatives. We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic E-commerce Assistant to join our team.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Order Packing**:

- Carefully pack durian orders to ensure freshness and quality upon delivery.
- Label packages accurately and prepare them for delivery

**Customer Service**:

- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues related to orders and deliveries.
- Provide excellent customer service to enhance customer satisfaction

**E-commerce Support**:

- Assist in managing and updating product listings on Shopee, TikTok, and Shopify.
- Assist in order printing occasionally

**Requirements**:

- Strong attention to detail, hardworking and willing to learn
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

**Experience**:

- No experience needed, training will be provided

**Education**:

- Minimum Poly diploma and above

**Start date**: Mid Sept 2025 - Nov 2025 (can extend)

**Working Hours**:
1.30PM - 9.30PM

Minimum 3 days a week required, weekdays required.

**Salary**:
**$13/hr for the first month, $14/hr for subsequent months.**

**Job Types**: Part-time, Fresh graduate, Student job

Pay: $13.00 - $14.00 per hour
