Leasing Assistant Manager/manager

Singapore FOOD REPUBLIC PTE. LTD. Full time

Support the Senior Leasing Manager in retail planning which includes tenant/trade mix review and planning.
- Source and secure suitable tenants that fit into the desired tenant mix for our food courts
- Arrange and attend to potential tenants for site visits/viewings
- Evaluate the prospective tenant’s proposal to make recommendation to approving parties for acceptance
- Negotiate and finalize rental and other terms & conditions with potential tenants.
- Process and maintain leasing agreements including executing payments and agreements with tenants
- Ensure tenants adhere to the lease terms following up from the signing of lease term to the opening of the outlet
- Prepare leasing activities reports to management
- Monitor all current and future vacancies to proactively react to future occupancy needs
- Work closely with Food Atrium Operations team to maintain good tenant-landlord relationships

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2-3 years of related working experience in F&B industry
- Proficient in commercial law and tenancy agreements
- Meticulous and able to undertake pressure to work within tight schedule
- An enthusiastic team player who possesses excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Pleasant disposition with outgoing personality
- Hands-on person with proactive and drive attitude and resourceful
