
Corporate Secretary

Job Responsibilities:
- Handling full spectrum of corporate secretarial duties including incorporation, registration of foreign entity, representative office, drafting of relevant resolutions and maintain the client’s records to ensure that the client comply with the relevant regulations.
- Filing of returns with the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority (ACRA).
- Stay updated on relevant developments and changes in statutory and regulatory obligations.
- Coordinate and organise meetings between Directors and Shareholders.
- Draft resolutions and minute proceedings of Directors and Shareholders.
- Assist to draft invoice and monitor the client’s AR aging.
- Attend clients’ meetings.
- Assist in KYC process.
- Other corporate or ad-hoc duties as required.
Key Requirements:
- Bilingual and able to conduct translation in Chinese and English (in order to liaise with the Chinese speaking associates).
- Experience in similar capacity for at least 3 years.
- Relevant experience in corporate secretarial firms.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Good team player.
- Self-motivated and proactive.
- Able to work independently and meticulously under tight deadlines
