
Analyst/associate, Isda Documentation

**Responsibilities**:
- Support/assist in review of ISDA related trade documents for new product release by Japanese Client Sales and Global Client Sales Departments for Asia and Oceania regions.
- Support and improve ISDA documentation platform in Singapore office.
- Collaborate and strengthen working ties with Global Markets Planning Division ("GMPD") and strengthen ISDA documentation capabilities of treasury staff, back office staff and legal personnel in the Asia & Oceania regions.
- Review and issue ISDA Master Agreement and related documents for execution, upon request from Japanese Client Sales and Global Client Sales Departments for counterparties in Asia and Oceania regions.
- Provide support and advice on ISDA documentation matters (including document review, training, guidance).
- Support and assist in compliance matters when required.
- Assist with the maintenance and updating the ISDA documentation database and reporting preparation.
- Handle tasks assigned by HOD or Desk Head.
- Maintain good working knowledge of industry trends, products, relevant laws and regulations.
- Adhere to all company policies as well as guidelines
**Job Requirements**:
- Desirable to have at least 3 to 8 years of relevant experience
- Position level (Analyst or Associate) will depend on the amount of relevant job experience
- Strong knowledge and skill of ISDA documentation and documents relating to FX and derivatives transactions, including legal perspective.
- Strong communication skills with ability to be persuasive in order to guide and influence others.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Word and Excel
- Strong analytical skills and presentation skills.
- In-depth knowledge in Treasury products including but not limited to Foreign Exchange and Derivatives.
- Self-motivated, independent and able to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
