**Position: IT SUPPORT (PART TIME)
**IT SUPPORT Responsibilities**:

- Provide technical support and Install computer hardware, software and networks to all users
- Work closely with HR to provision and de-provision IT equipment’s
- Log support requests to relevant vendor to resolve issues
- Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners
- Running regular checks on network and data security
- Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary
- Monitor and update proper inventory of hardware and software licenses.
- Provisioning and de-provisioning PCs when staff on-board and off-board
- Monitor daily backup
- Troubleshoot on IT system, hardware and office equipment
- Knowledge of online system (HR System - InfoTech / Microsoft / AutoCAD / ERP)
- Assist and renew of licensing
- Undertake any other ad-hoc work as assigned

**Job Requirements**
- Diploma in IT or its equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of related experience.
- Proactive team player with the ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
