Process monthly invoices for MHA billing (VIA)
- Ensure accurate and timely billing adhering to customer-specific requirements.
- Manage receipting processes.
- Issue credit notes as required, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Prepare and send Statements of Account (SOA) to customers.
- Draft letters for banks (UOB and OCBC) to facilitate payment drawdowns from customers.
- Provide general administrative support to the finance team, including filing, document courier services, and other related tasks.
- Work closely with team members to ensure financial operations run smoothly and efficiently.
- Maintain effective communication with customers and internal stakeholders regarding billing and payment matters.
- Assist with ad-hoc duties as needed to support team objectives and any ad-hoc tasks assigned by management or Direct Superior.

**Job Types**: Temporary, Internship
Contract length: 4 months

Pay: $1,800.00 - $2,500.00 per month

Schedule:
