**Responsibilities**:

- Develop incisive and compelling strategic creative briefs for brand-level marketing campaigns based on local insights
- Work closely with integrated marketing teams, creators and enablers to concept creative ideas that result in effective, breakthrough communication for all kinds of campaigns as needed
- Create the art and science of turning cultural phenomena into breakthroughs, real-time activations/campaigns
- Collaborate with go-to-market, creative teams and local teams to bring the strategy to life, and be able to steer hose teams to stay brief and keep the north star in mind; work with marketing leads from other regions to ensure global alignment on creative strategies
- Be the go-to thought leader and expert within the Regional KA team on both trends in the app and in broader culture, and summarize actionable takeaways for the team and clients (including leading workshops and enablement)
- Be a passionate advocate of the importance of culture, trends and DEI in all marketing initiatives
- Bachelors degree or above
- 7+ years of professional experience in brand marketing, related marketing, advertising agency; prefer planner/strategist background
- Must be a creative thinker and skilled storyteller with exceptional writing, communication and presentation skills
- Have a proven track record of operating independently, being organized, having strong attention to detail, and managing multiple projects simultaneously; be solution-oriented when faced with ambiguity
- Team player, strong people skills and ability to engage on all levels of the organization
- Highly experienced with large 360 campaigns
- Deep understanding of the online video and entertainment landscape
- Ideally from a creative agency or brand-side from an internet/tech company, with experience collaborating with large cross-functional teams; experience working at a internet company is a plus
- Have a certain understanding of social e-commerce, content marketing, and celebrity

e-commerce; clear logic, methodology, and independent output of quality solutions and implementation
- Local knowledge with international mindset, willing to have some business travel; English as working language with (Chinese proficiency and SEA local language are a plus to liaise with local market/team) with barrier-free communication, expression and social skills
- Growth mindset, always day 1 mentality and resilience to collaboratively achieve breakthrough
