**Key Roles and Responsibilities**

**Operational Procurement**
- Perform downstream procurement transactions including Purchase Requisitions conversion, supplier onboarding, goods and services received, resolution of invoice disputes issues between Suppliers, End-Users and Finance Accounts Payable.
- Perform supplier screening, supply market research and analytical studies to identify and select potential suppliers to be added to the pre-approved supplier list.

**Supplier Management**
- Conduct and follow through on Supplier Performance Evaluation jointly with business stakeholders by relationship management.

**Stakeholder Management**
- Provide advice and recommendations to internal and external stakeholders on all procurement-related matters and ensure they are compliant with Group Procurement Policy.

**Compliance Management**
- Ensure all supporting documents are in place prior to creation of Purchase Orders in SAP system.
- Ensure all Purchase Requisitions and Purchase Orders meet and comply to Group Procurement Policy and other relevant policies.

**Operational Efficiency**
- Support periodic reporting to track historical procurement data for consolidation.
- Provide improvement plans to streamline procurement processes.
- Any other duties assigned by Supervisor.

**Required Competencies**
- Degree/ Diploma holder with min 2 years of relevant procurement experience in procurement services
- Certification and/or work experience in purchasing/procurement
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite of products
- Experience in using SAP S4 HANA module (preferred)
- Demonstrate ability to manage stress and time to deliver results
