We employ more than 450 HSE specialists across our Corporate Solutions business. Our primary areas of safety focus are in our Facilities Management and Project & Development Services but also encompass wider CS product lines. Until now, our Health, Safety, Security & Environment (HSSE) management has been built around local and regional structures. However, with the increasing globalization of our client base, we are now seeking to implement a global HSSE programme to deliver the global consistency and excellence our clients and shareholders demand and our people deserve. This role will be crucial in ensuring the CS global programme is implemented across the PDS business in our APAC Region.
Role Purpose
As senior member of the JLL APAC HSSE team, this individual will be accountable for providing construction and project HSE expertise across the APAC Region, supporting the APAC PDS COO, overseeing the PDS business and coordinating PDS HSE professionals domiciled in the APAC Region.
This role reports directly to the CS APAC HSSE Lead, with regular reporting to the APAC PDS COO & Regional Leadership and will have accountability for implementation of the Global CS HSSE program across APAC PDS and ensuring a consistent approach to HSE for PDS.
As a member of the Global HSSE team the APAC PDS HSE Lead will be responsible for deploying and supporting the JLL Global HSE risk management strategy. The role will be dedicated to managing HSE for construction and project management. The main function will be to ensure PDS comply with JLL, cultural, client and statutory requirements in its operations and unify the regional PDS HSE practices.
Act as the HSE focal point for HSE for across the region for PDS.
Ensuring that consistent processes and procedures are applied across the region
Ensure alignment and compliance with Global HSSE standards and statutory requirements across all countries where PDS deliver services in the region;
Digitise and automate HSE procedures where possible;
Facilitate the delivery and management of safe projects, by supporting PDS staff to achieve compliance and performance reporting against all JLL & client-set HSE metrics and KPI’s;
Manage a programme of training, audit, measurement and reporting HSE performance against agreed standards;
Implement a positive, proactive HSSE culture and to influence stakeholders;
Align APAC PDS processes to the meet the Global Enterprise Risk Management framework requirements.

Reducing duplication, building consistent regional HSE programmes and ensuring alignment for PDS across the regions.
Identification of opportunities for efficiency with a pragmatic and cost-effective approach to HSE management.
Identification of opportunities for continual improvement in existing systems and offer alternative solutions.
