**Job Activities**:
**_ Stock Management_**
- Ensure the accuracy of the inventory at any time in SAP.
- Participate in the yearly stock take at warehouse/storage tank.

**_ Logistics Execution & Fleet Management_**
- Manage import and export shipments.
- Coordination of tolling
- Schedule and coordinate with tank terminal for loading of ISO / SBC.
- Check invoices from third parties/service providers and to ensure that amount is provisioned in systems before dispatching to Finance Shared Service Center.
- Prepare, edit all commercial, legal commercial documents for documents against payment/letter of credits.
- Arranging dispatch/disseminate shipping documents out to customer/bank.
- Accrue the logistics & freight cost for all empty return fleet in SAP
- Enter the movements of fleets (Isotanks/portable tanks) for return or maintenance in the fleet module in SAP.

**_ Vendor Management_**
- To make sure the vendors adhere to requirement - updating of the transport management system, sending their invoices on time with correct amount billed.
- Create/update vendor master data for new vendors or if vendors changes bank details/address/company name etc.

**Required Profile**:
**Diploma / Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or Logistics**
**Team player**
**Proficient in Microsoft Office**
**Positive mindset and eager to learn**
**Good ability to communicate fluent English.**
**Experience in SAP is a plus
