**Base Metal Trader (Base Metals / SHFE / LME / INE)**

**Responsibilities**
- Physical trading of base metals (eg. copper, aluminum, zinc) across China and international markets
- Develop and maintaining strong relationship with customers and suppliers
- Monitor pricing movement on commodity exchange and take appropriate action
- Ensure end-to-end transaction visibility and controls
- Evaluate & manage trading and operations risks
- Handle approved/authorized trading
- Develop and maintain quantitative analysis tools and valuation models
- Other tasks as assigned by Company

**Requirements**:

- At least 3 years of relevant working experience in base metals or commodities, Trade operation are welcome to self-improvement.
- Good knowledge in statistics, currencies, derivatives and financial instruments.
- Demonstrate a high level of literacy and clarity when communicating trading ideas/complex concepts.
- Familiar with LME/SHFE/COMEX/INE prices and physical practices.
- Language proficiency to liaise with Chinese counterparts and markets.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Mature, meticulous and good quantitative skills.
