**Role and Responsibilities**:
As the Managing Director of our executive search, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of our business. You will be responsible for:

- Providing strategic leadership and direction to the executive search team, setting performance targets, and ensuring the team consistently meets and exceeds client expectations.
- Developing and executing business development strategies to expand our client base and strengthen existing client relationships.
- Collaborating with clients to understand their executive talent needs, creating tailored search strategies, and managing the end-to-end search process.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- A minimum of 7-10 years of experience in executive search, with a proven track record of successfully leading and managing a team.
- Deep knowledge of executive search methodologies, sourcing techniques, and industry best practices.
- Strong business development and client relationship management skills, with a history of expanding client portfolios.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team toward achieving ambitious goals. High level of integrity, professionalism, and dedication to delivering the highest quality of service.
