**Key Responsibilities**:
**Technical Strategy & Architecture**:

- Lead the design of frontend system architecture to ensure high concurrency, low latency, and high availability in a mission-critical environment.
- Define and drive technical direction, adopting best practices and advanced frameworks to support scalable and maintainable frontend platforms.

**R&D Team Leadership**:

- Manage and mentor frontend-focused architecture, development, and QA teams to improve technical depth and execution efficiency.
- Build and maintain a strong technical talent pipeline through hiring, training, and capability development.

**System Security & Compliance**:

- Ensure frontend systems adhere to relevant regulatory and compliance requirements, including cybersecurity, data protection, and financial sector standards.
- Lead technical risk management efforts, implement robust monitoring, and ensure stability and continuity of service.

**Cross-Functional Collaboration**:

- Collaborate closely with product managers, risk and compliance teams, backend and DevOps engineers to deliver end-to-end solutions.
- Participate in strategic planning and provide architectural recommendations that align with business goals.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: Master’s degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Financial Engineering, or related disciplines.
- **Experience**:
10+ years in frontend or full-stack software development.
5+ years of experience building trading, financial, or real-time systems with complex user interfaces.
- **Technical Skills**:
Deep understanding of distributed systems, high-concurrency environments, and low-latency frontend design.
