**Key Responsibilities**:
**Payroll Processing**:

- Manage payroll transactions including salary adjustments, bonuses, and deductions.
- Ensure data accuracy and collaborate across business units for payroll generation.
- Conduct audits to ensure error-free processing, working closely with HR Operations and Total Rewards teams.

**Statutory Labour Law and Tax Compliance**:

- Handle wage adjustments, sick leave, bonuses, and overtime calculations.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, tax laws, and company policies.
- Lead tax submissions and calculations for various employee groups.

**Problem-Solving**:

- Address employee queries regarding payroll promptly and accurately.
- Rectify discrepancies to maintain payroll accuracy and transparency.

**Digitalization Responsibilities**:

- Identify opportunities for HR process automation using digital tools.
- Implement technologies like RPA to streamline HR tasks.
- Collaborate on data integration efforts to improve HR functions and employee experiences.
- Utilize data analytics to generate actionable insights for management.

**Knowledge, Skills, and Attributes**:

- Solid understanding of HR practices and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in HR technology systems and data management software.
- Analytical mindset to interpret HR data and trends effectively.
- Strong interpersonal skills to foster relationships with diverse stakeholders.

**Academic Qualifications and Certifications**:

- Degree in Business or Human Resource Management.

**Required Experience**:

- Previous experience as an HR Business Partner in a global organization.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively across internal and external teams.
- Familiarity with HR technologies, particularly in Payroll and CPF Crimson Logic.
