Singapore Lion Global Investors Ltd Full time

Contribute towards LGI’s ETF and Institutional business growth through active participation in business development activities including engagement with existing and prospective clients and supporting senior team members.

**Responsibilities**:

- Work closely with senior team members by providing the necessary support so that the team can collectively grow the ETF business and gain new institutional clients
- through on sales activities for LGI’s ETF business including:

- Preparation of marketing materials
- Conducting market research relating to the ETF business
- Support senior members on engagement activities with LGI’s ETF partners which include participating dealers, distributors and the exchanges
- Contribute towards the planning and coordination of ETF educational/promotional activities such as seminars, panel discussions, client events, etc.
- Present LGI’s range of ETFs during educational/promotional events
- through on the sales activities for LGI’s Institutional business which includes:

- Supporting the team in seeking out potential clients and pipelines, with a focus on Singapore, Japan and the ASEAN region. This includes desktop research and cold calling activities
- Keeping up to date with LGI’s key strategies and funds
- Preparing marketing materials and pitchbooks
- Responding to client/prospect queries on a timely basis
- Supporting the team in the RFP/RFI process and finals pitch
- Coordinating and facilitating client engagement activities
- Work closely with other LGI teams (including and not limited to the broader Business Development team, Investment teams, Legal, Compliance and Middle office) where necessary

**Pre-Requisites**:

- University degree
- Asset Management Sales background (ETF coverage is a plus)
- 4-6 years of relevant experience
- Ability to converse in business Mandarin (conversational Japanese is a plus)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Highly driven individual, resourceful, adaptable to changes and able to work well in a team environment.
