**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in capturing and editing high-quality images and videos for various projects, including client campaigns, social media content, promotional materials, and internal communications
- Collaborate with the creative team on content planning, organizing and scheduling content distribution across various channels
- Support the content production process, including copywriting, graphics, and video editing, ensuring consistent quality and adherence to project requirements and brand guidelines
- Set up and manage studio and on-location shoots, including lighting, equipment, and props
- Maintain a well-organized archive of images and video assets for easy retrieval and usage
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, equipment, and software to continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of visual content
- Collaborate with team members on other creative projects as needed

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in photography and videography, with a strong portfolio demonstrating a wide range of work
- Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, and After Effects
- Proficiency in the operation of imaging equipment, such as cameras, lighting, and audio gear
- Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for visual aesthetics, composition, and storytelling
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
- Creative problem-solving skills and a willingness to adapt and learn on the job
