**Night Senior Security Officer (SSO) - Condo At Choa Chu Kang Grove**

Are you passionate about safeguarding people and property? Join our team as a Security Officer and play a vital role in maintaining a secure environment for all stakeholders. Reporting to the Security Supervisor and Operations Manager, you’ll be responsible for the safety and well-being of staff, tenants, owners, visitors, and contractors.

**Only for Singaporean / SGPR**

**Key Responsibilities**

1. Access Control: Monitor and control access to the condominium, ensuring only authorized personnel and residents enter the premises.

2. Patrolling: Conduct regular patrols of the condominium, including common areas, car parks, and perimeter fences, to detect and prevent potential security threats, look out for defects and illegal dumping of bulky items.

3. Incident Response: Respond promptly and effectively to security incidents, such as fires, medical emergencies, and criminal activity.

4. Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to residents, visitors, and contractors, answering queries and addressing concerns in a professional and courteous manner.

5. Reporting: Maintain accurate and detailed records of security incidents, patrols, and other relevant activities.

**Job Scope**

1. Security Operations: Enforce security procedures and protocols to ensure the safety and security of residents, visitors, and contractors.

2. Access Control Management: Manage access control systems, monitoring access logs, and responding to access control incidents.

3. Wheel - Clamping Of Vehicles: Able to perform wheel - clamping procedures as per by - law and house rules.

4. Emergency Response: Respond to emergency situations, such as fires, medical emergencies, and power outages, in accordance with established procedures.

5. Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and condominium rules.

**Requirements**:
1. Qualifications: Possess a valid security license.

2. Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in security, preferably in a condominium setting.

3. Physical Fitness: Be physically fit and able to perform duties that require standing, walking, and responding to emergencies.

4. Communication Skills: Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with residents, visitors, and contractors.

5. Problem-Solving Skills: Be able to think critically and respond effectively to security incidents and emergencies.

6. Certifications: Possess certifications in security-related courses.
