**Location**:Choa Chu Kang, Singapore
**Work Days**:Monday to Friday (No weekends)
**Working Hours**:12:00 PM - 8:00 PM

**Job Type**:Full-Time
**Salary**:$2,000 - $2,500/month (based on experience)

TutorJohn Learning Centre is a fast-growing education provider in Singapore. We are looking for a reliable, proactive, and child-friendly individual to join our team as a **Student Care Admin / Manager**at our Choa Chu Kang outlet

If you enjoy working with children, are organised, and have experience managing daily operations — we’d love to meet you

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee daily operations of the centre to ensure smooth running
- Maintain and update student records, attendance, and schedules
- Liaise with parents and handle enquiries professionally
- Support tutors and assist in centre activities and class coordinationPerform general administrative duties and event support

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience in student care, admin, or education-related fields
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Responsible, organised, and independent with multitasking ability
- Comfortable managing children and interacting with parentsSingaporeans/PRs preferred
