Castlery is looking for a **Senior Retail Excellence Manager** to join our **Operations **team. You will be developing the retail operational playbook that standardizes processes across Castlery stores and ensures consistency in customer experience, alongside leading initiatives to enhance the integration of online and offline customer experiences, and leveraging Retail Tech to optimize omnichannel strategies.
**What you'll be doing**
- Manage and develop the Retail Excellence team by leading, mentoring, and fostering a high-performance culture, while equipping team members with the skills needed for growth.
- Drive strategic initiatives by managing key projects across Data Analytics, Retail Tech/Omnichannel, Quality, Logistics, ISS, and Trade, ensuring alignment with business goals and growth objectives.
- Enhance operational synergies by leveraging the combined strengths of online and offline teams to optimize resources, integrate strategies, and deliver seamless project execution.
- Lead the training function for retail operations, develop scalable solutions by implementing robust processes, training programs, and a knowledge base to support the expansion of both offline and online retail operations while maintaining high standards.
- Collaborate across functions with teams such as Product, Marketing, and Store Operations to ensure project alignment and to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
**What you'll need**
- At least 10 years of experience in strategic planning and execution of retail-related business projects.
- Proven track record in leading teams based in multiple countries (SG, AU) and managing cross-functional projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Deep understanding of retail operations, project management, and omnichannel strategies. Experience in scaling retail businesses is a plus.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to use analytics to measure performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and drive change across teams.
