**Overview**:
**Your challenges**:
- Leading creative development of marketing communications programs and manages day-to-day execution of marketing communications tactics that support market testing and national calendar windows
- Creating standards and guidelines for managing, protecting and championing brand voice, identity, design and positioning that are unique to the international business and ensuring compliance across all regions.
- Key partner in our integrated marketing process to brief, capture and review creative across paid media and owned marketing channels across all regions
- Manage required day-to-day tasks, including project tracker and timeline management, meeting coordination, legal and key stakeholder approvals, and maintaining centralized asset repository
- Develop presentations, creative campaign overviews, recaps, and other materials for internal and external meetings
- Key lesion between home market and international to share communication best practices and ensure assets have proper usage rights for all markets across all campaigns.
- Work with a solid level of independence on new or unfamiliar projects of high complexity and quick turnarounds
- Manage budgeting, contract agreements, and invoice payment for vendor/agency-related work
- Partner with category marketing, innovation, and insights teams to understand consumer needs, barriers and insights to inform development of the creative strategy
- Responsible for development of creative briefings, evaluating creative through a strategic lens and providing clear feedback for internal projects as well as franchisee managed projects.
**Your skills and experience**:
- At least bachelor's degree in marketing.
- 5+ years of experience in international communications related roles, ideally mixing corporate and agency experience.
- Experience handling multiple stakeholders and working cross-functionally is required.
- Ability to think strategically, set the vision and long-term goals.
- Fluency in MS Office is required.
- Fluent in English both written and spoken.
- Nice to have: PowerBI, Keynote, Photoshop
- Openness to travel across the Globe, around 25-30% of your work time might be spent on traveling.
