Chief Technology Officer

**Responsibilities**:
1. The highest decision maker responsible for system technology architecture and project development management is responsible for the company's overall technical platform;
3. Be responsible for the company's technical direction, technical planning and operation and implementation, and provide comprehensive technical support for the company's business development;
4. Responsible for the review of technical programs and various technical safety issues;
5. echelon construction and management of the company's technical team, including their training, performance evaluation and incentives;
6. Responsible for organizing and guiding R & D personnel to carry out product design, system research and development, pre-launch testing work under the overall structure, coordinating all aspects of project development or implementation, and grasping the overall progress of the project;
7. Responsible for organizing and guiding the operation and maintenance personnel to ensure the normal operation of the system, the comprehensive utilization of information and the security of the system as required;
8. Carry out echelon construction and management of the company's technical team, including professional training, technical guidance, professional training, performance evaluation and incentives, and comprehensively improve the team's technical level.
Qualifications:
2. proficient in the information flow and fund related processes, reconciliation system, settlement system and Account System of various payment transactions;
3. It has hosted large-scale Internet system development. Proficient in architecture design, system analysis, software implementation, performance optimization, system security, etc;
4. Have a good sense of software engineering, deeply understand the software system architecture, be proficient in object-oriented analysis and design methods, and master the architecture and complete solution of the design system;
5, with the key technology and Architecture Design in the field of artificial intelligence, proficient in migration/reinforcement learning, knowledge map, feature extraction, face recognition, question and answer system, human-computer interaction and other technologies;
6. proficient in deep learning, familiar with one or more of the common deep learning frameworks such as tensorflow/mxnet/Vince/theano;
7. proficient in basic data mining, Robot Learning Algorithms, proficient in one or more programming languages;
8. master a variety of design patterns, understand the design ideas and practical methods of common frameworks and technologies;
9. Familiar with mobile related development process and technical framework selection;
10. Experience in Database (MySQL, Oracle) index optimization, query optimization and storage optimization; proficient in SQL, strong coding/debugging diagnosis ability, solid data structure and algorithm skills
11. Strong leadership ability, keen company product related industry technology development trend grasp ability and Macro Analysis and judgment decision-making ability, strong organizational management ability, good interpersonal relationship coordination and communication ability.
12. Experience in hadoop Mr development, familiar with hive, spark, storm, Kafka and other big data processing frameworks is preferred
13. Experience in user portrait, Robot Learning, data mining and other related projects is preferred
14. Familiar with blockchain technology and related platform products, such as hyperledger fabric, ethereum, Corda, blockchain as a service, etc., with blockchain related open source project development experience/contribution is preferred;
