**Position Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide **technical support and maintenance** for CLS (ACBS) environments, ensuring high availability and performance.
- Collaborate with development, QA, and infrastructure teams to resolve technical issues related to ACBS.
- Support and troubleshoot ACBS-related **batch processes, data interfaces**, and **connectivity components**.
- Work closely with project managers and architects to provide **technical input** on integration and migration strategies.
- Assist in the planning and execution of **data migrations**, system integrations, and **environment upgrades**.
- Monitor system logs and performance metrics to proactively identify and resolve potential issues.
- Document technical procedures, issue resolutions, and configuration settings.

**Required Skills & Experience**:

- **2-5 years** of experience supporting ACBS (Advanced Commercial Banking System) environments, especially CLS configurations.
- Strong understanding of **ACBS architecture, batch jobs, workflows, and system integration** points.
- Experience in **integration and migration projects**, preferably within banking or financial services.
- Proficiency in **scripting (e.g., PowerShell, Shell), SQL**, and basic middleware configurations.
- Familiarity with **interface technologies** like REST, SOAP, MQ, or file-based integrations.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Knowledge of ACBS-related modules such as **loan servicing, collateral management**, or **credit facilities**.
- Experience working in environments with **Agile or DevOps** methodologies.
- Exposure to cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure) is a plus.

**Experience**:

- ACBS (Advanced Commercial Banking System): 1 year (preferred)
- PowerShell: 1 year (preferred)
- SQL: 1 year (preferred)
- CLS configurations: 1 year (preferred)
- Interface technologies like REST, SOAP, MQ: 1 year (preferred)
