**Purpose of Role**:
The Business Planning Manager is responsible for strategic reviews, implementation and roll out of initiatives related to our 5-year strategic plan.

This role will contribute to the long-term growth and success of our business.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide strategic support to Head of Property & Casualty, Asia on short and long-term business planning, with high level of attention to detail
- Short and long-term strategic planning support to the business units that are meant to develop and capitalize business opportunities
- Support annual strategic planning and budgeting for the organization and manage and review key performance indicators
- Support Product Line Heads with key strategic projects
- Support quarterly reviews with LOB heads and business units
- Program Management - work with consultants / business units or across LOB’s to implement changes in line with our strategic plans and action items from reviews
- Preparation senior level presentations
- Review internal and external communications

**Requirements**:

- Proven leadership capabilities with 5+ years’ experience at a senior / executive level
- Highly analytical
- Highly numerate, with a firm grasp of financials
- Extraordinary people, partnership and team building skills
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with results focused tactical execution
- Strategic and tactical leadership of cross functional and regional projects as required to support business priorities
- Acknowledged expertise as a commercial insurance professional
- Solid experience in financial planning, budgeting and analysis
- Highly adaptable and able to quickly change direction
- Ability to quickly learn new topics
- Bachelors Degree (MBA preferred)
