**What the role is**
- Develop and execute digital communications strategies to communicate MND’s policy intent by reaching out and engaging a wide range of online audience.

**What you will be working on**
- 1. Develop and execute digital communication strategies as part of the integrated communication & engagement (C&E) plan to raise awareness of MND’s policy intents 2. Strengthen MND’s Digital and Social Media presence and continually identifying new opportunities to enhance MND’s digital media capabilities 3. Monitor and analyse online sentiments/reactions 4. Manage MND’s Digital Assets (Corporate Website)

**What we are looking for**
- University degree in Communications - At least 2-5 years of working experience in media relations, journalism, marketing communications or a related field - Social media and/or marketing communication experience will be advantageous - Good written and verbal communications skills; good networking and interpersonal skills - Team player who can manage multiple stakeholders concurrently - Self-driven and able to work several projects concurrently - Good understanding/sensing of government communications - Knowledgeable in current affairs and government policies - Think independently, and analyse emerging issues quickly - Sense and manage social, cultural and political sensitivities - Familiar with all the social media platforms
