DESIGNATION : Associate, Admin

RESPONSIBILITIES

The key role is to ensure the smooth day-to-day operations like maintaining records, accurate data management support with informed decision-making to operate efficiently.

**Responsibilities / Major Activities**
- Manage and ensure invoices/ billing accuracy, payments follow up, handle correspondences, and maintain data accuracy. - includes raising budget, processing timely payment and purchases and inventory checks
- Ensure sufficient office supplies, equipment maintenance, and facility management
- Conduct office orientation for new staff
- Prepare financial reports and address timely corrections

QUALIFICATIONS

Diploma in any discipline

OTHER INFORMATION

**Relevant Experience**

Previous experience in office administration is advantageous
