About the Role

We're looking for an HR & Admin Associate who loves working with people and keeping things organised. In this role, you'll support our HR functions and make sure the team runs smoothly — from recruitment to onboarding, and from payroll to team events.

If you enjoy a mix of people work and admin work, this is the perfect stepping stone to grow in HR and operations within the finance industry.

What You'll Do

  • Support recruitment: job postings, shortlisting, arranging interviews

  • Assist with onboarding new team members and preparing HR documents

  • Handle payroll support and basic HR administration

  • Maintain employee records and ensure compliance

  • Help plan team bonding activities, workshops, and events

  • Provide general office and admin support when needed

Who We're Looking For

  • Fresh grads or early-career professionals welcome

  • Organised, detail-oriented, and reliable

  • People-friendly and a good communicator

  • Comfortable with MS Office / Google Suite

  • Curious to learn more about HR and people operations
