**What the role is**
- Healthcare is kept affordable in Singapore through government subsidies and 3Ms (MediShield Life, MediSave and MediFund). You will be joining the team that manages the systems that enables these financing schemes and will be responsible for the systems that provides medical providers with Singapore residents’ eligible subsidy rates.
You will work with various stakeholders to implement policies to improve the affordability and accessibility of healthcare for patients while ensuring sustainability.
You will be working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment that would require the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders at the same time.

**What you will be working on**
- Key responsibilities:

- Collaborate with policy and ops teams to scope policies and ops requirements and distil them into system requirements
- Lead system design and formulate requirements to continuously align systems with latest thinking so as to reduce future policy implementation lead times.
- Work closely with IT team and vendor to communicate and prioritise system requirements
- Manage data requests from external stakeholders, in accordance with data governance practices

- Prior experience in healthcare sector
- Prior experience in policy development and/or managing IT systems
- Knowledge of healthcare financing schemes
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
