Sr Project Scheduler and Planner

You develop the overall integrated project schedule incorporating all schedule inputs from the various functions represented in the project including contractors and 3rd parties, as required by the Project Lead at the various phases of the Project lifecycle
- You align those timings with the planning information from the end-to-end Project team and create a single governing tool for all activity across all entities and functions involved in the Project
- You challenge as needed the schedule information from different entities (both internal and external) in the Project, and ensure a high level of integrity, quality, reliability and exhaustiveness in all data you collect and centralise
- You facilitate interactive planning sessions for integrated schedule development
- You maintain the integrity, relevance and freshness of the Schedule through a rigorous and recurrent Schedule Management process, liaising with all key entities on the Project and cross-checking all scheduling data
- You track the actual performance and delivery of planned activities on a continuous basis by establishing direct communication and information exchange protocols with all workstreams that make up the Project
- You ensure that all information as required is obtained at the appropriate times within the Project life cycle.
- You liaise with other Project Team members and external contracting bodies as necessary to ensure the smooth flow of relevant information required for scheduling purposes
- You ensure that resource scheduling is embedded and applied to make best use of available external and internal resources; you flag any workload issues (under-/over-capacity) and proactively offer optimization options
- You regularly monitor progress against the project schedule and report any discrepancies to the Project Lead
- You carry out schedule analysis to identify critical path and schedule optimisation
- You assume leadership and ownership of all Project meetings focused on schedule
- You secure the commitment of planners in the different workstreams of the Project to the roadmap and priorities received by the Program Lead
- You proactively manage interfaces with ongoing site Operations where appropriate and flag any risks from co-activities, resources sharing, etc.
- You participate in independent schedule reviews and incorporate findings
- You participate in the risk management and analysis exercise and assess schedule impact of identified risks
- You determine the planning impact of any scope changes raised on the Project

PROJECT CONTROLS & REPORTING
- You develop and maintain all planning tools and documents in compliance with Project Management Framework. You also comply with the reporting requirements in place such as but not limited to, recurrent MS Project Online updates and project status updates
- You perform a monthly review of the status in which you clearly report the physical progress and you support the cost controller in adjusting the cash flow curves for the local and the global teams.
- You take full ownership of the schedule reporting and earned value management process
- You develop S-curves, milestones tracking and other reports to track and forecast the Project progress a result of the activities being executed
- You proactively address any situation involving a schedule risk or discrepancy and maintain the integrity of all planning information in your possession.

**Basic Qualifications**:

- Engineering degree or equivalent
- Min. 10 years of relevant CAPEX Project Scheduler experience, for projects >100Million €.
- Experience leading/facilitating Interactive Planning Sessions with large numbers of stakeholders
- Robust experience with planning with large (>100M€), multi-level, international projects
- Background in the pharmaceutical industry
- Mastery of Microsoft Project, Oracle Primavera, Microsoft Project Online and Microsoft PowerBI
- PMP certification
