Sales Representative, Surgical Innovation

A Day in the Life

This role will contribute to a high performing team within the Surgical Innovations business to achieve sales revenue and market share targets. The sales representative III will achieve this by promoting, selling and servicing Medtronic Surgical products and therapies.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
- Promotes and sells Medtronic's products and services within an assigned geographic area and /or specific customer accounts to meet or exceed sales targets.- Responsible for developing, building, and strengthening long-term relationships with stakeholders including distributors and healthcare professionals.- Responsible for pursuing leads, assessing needs and providing product services to maximize the benefits derived from Medtronic's products and/or services.- Promotes and establishes education of the company's products and/or services.- Conducts market research including customers and competitors activities.- Implements market development plans/strategies and changes as needed. Required Knowledge and Experience:
Must Haves- Bachelor’s degree required- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience and working knowledge of company products and services.

Your Profile- 1-2 years of sales experiences in the healthcare environment is preferred- Team player- Good communication skills- Proactive and Customer focused- Good sales record- Valid Car License- Possess own car
