**What you’ll do**
- Work with 3PL team to manage day to day logistics operations - proactively drive inbound and outbound KPIs to meet business metrics.
- Be the first point of escalation for customer service team and 3PL team on shipment issues, clarifications and support.
- Drive weekly shipment forecast and risk assessment internally and work with forwarders to secure flight booking
- Ensure vendor’s on time billing and participate in weekly call to review on hold invoices and drive resolutions.
- Maintain and review regional SOP and WI with forwarders or 3PL team. Support global SOP review.
- Maintain Logistics Operations Playbook.
- Manage and track spot quote RFQ for exceptional shipments requirements and cost control.
- Actively explore cost saving and sustainability opportunities and drive implementations
- Drive logistics damages down by working with origin DC or forwarders on preventative measures.
- Manage TMS dashboard and data accuracy, work with IT team and forwarders to investigate root cause for incorrect POD and drive resolutions to maintain EDI data accuracy.
- Manage indirect sourcing PO to local courier or any indirect sourcing needs in Oracle iProcurement.
- Challenge and improving existing ways of working to drive higher operational efficiencies and productivity.
- Good time management with work prioritization, appropriate delegation of routine tasks to 3PL team.

**Who you are**
- Bachelor's Degree and at least 3 years of experience working in logistics, supply chain management,
- Basic import and export and trade compliance knowledge
- Proficiency in both English and Chinese is a must as you will be liaising with stakeholders in China regularly.
- Experience with Microsoft Office, Oracle, Qlik, BI Tools, EM6, SFDC and TMS system is preferred.
- A team player with ability to work effectively and support each other in a cross-functional and multi-cultural environment.
- Meticulous, inquisitive, process driven and results oriented.
- Ability to challenge and debate issues of importance to stakeholders in a constructive and data driven manner.
- Leadership and project management capability in ad hoc initiatives, e.g. driving continuous improvement and productivity programs.
- Aware and passionate in driving sustainability efforts to help business reduce CO2 footprints and save the earth.
