Job Description

**Industry/ Organization Type**: Manufacturing/Production Position Title: Service Engineer Working Location: North East (Transport provided) Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 8.30 am - 6 pm Salary Package: Up to $3700 + Variable Bonus Duration: Permanent Role

Key Responsibilities
Commissioning, maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment, machinery, and products. Provide technical support and effective solutions to customers’ concerns and requests. Communicate with clients and technicians to ensure that services are delivered effectively. Monitor equipment and machinery performance and conduct safety checks. Complete documentation and findings on service activities to Managers. Ensure all work activities are carried out in compliance with the company's safety standards. Support and comply with SOP guidelines and documentation. Any other task as assigned by the Superior.
