Our Client, an established Food & Beverage company hires 5000 employees worldwide. They have operations in South East Asia, UK and Australia.

**The Role**
- Responsible for overseeing, managing and administering all compensation and benefits programs designed to attract and retain employees.
- Facilitate job evaluation and harmonisation of regional total rewards program
- In charge of consolidation of global remuneration data to facilitate annual reporting
- In charge of salary surveys & analysis, keep abreast of market trends & best practices
- Implementation of HR policies and processes to align with organizational goals & market practices
- Harmonisation of HR policies, processes & practices in all operations globally
- Provide support, interpret & analyse HR data on the information including but not limited to employee turnover, headcount, compensation, organizational statistics, etc
- Support in the performance management systems globally
- Support in the annual performance appraisal, salary review & bonus exercises, and provide recommendations on reward distribution
- Involved in group policy, employee engagement and welfare

**What We Require From You**
- Degree/ professional qualification in Human Resource Management
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Compensation analysis work
- Sound knowledge of employment/ related regulations
- Proficient in MS Excel
