DESIGNATION : Executive, Sales Support (6 months contract)
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Receive inquiries, obtain necessary information, and communicate responses in a timely manner.
- Answer and/or redirect inquiries and correspondence as needed. Update the CRM accordingly.
- Support the Assistant Director and Sales Managers in drafting and issuance of contracts, ensuring that contracts are signed and returned on time.
- Keep track of payments for all events and follow up with Sales Managers to ensure timely issuance of invoices.
- Maintain the work unit calendar of events, schedule meetings and other appointments.
- Provide other administrative assistance as required by the Vice President and Assistant Director.
- Maintain an accurate system of organizing, responding to, and maintaining records.
- Assist in scheduling meetings as required.
- Support and deliver community events and leisure programs.
- Communicate closely with internal and external partners.
- Any ad hoc tasks will be assigned from time to time by your Reporting Officer.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Diploma or equivalent in Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Proven experience in an administrative or sales support role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Experience with contract administration is a plus.
