5 working days, Mon - Fri, normal office hours

Location: Central

**Responsibilities**
- Verify the attendance of employees to check whether the employee reports on the right working day and time accordingly to the roster.
- Verify the claim of overtime hours, night shift allowance and room incentive etc.
- Carry out data entry into the payroll software systems.
- Prepare the payroll summary to be checked by the Group Accountant and Accountant.
- Download the bank file from the bank GIRO software.
- Compile the contributions to be made to CPF Board etc and copy to the Accounts Department.
- Submission of the foreign workers income tax clearance.
- Yearly submission of the IR8As claims.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor of Human Resource Management or Human Capital Management in relevant fields or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Familiar with Employment Act to effectively advise employee on various employment matters is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
