In order to support our team and strengthen the growth of our APAC business, we are looking for a:
**Senior Manager, Strategy & Operations**

**We will count on you to**:

- Works closely with the Regional COO to establish effective functional programs that meet desired metrics and business expectations, aligning with the overall business strategy.
- Support the alignment of Operations priorities and goals with senior stakeholders to the overall business strategy
- Supports the translation of objectives into actionable plans, communicating, managing and analyzing the implementation of those plans, and reporting back on progress
- Works closely with cross-functional teams to analyse operational performance trends
- Manages communication efforts within the Operations and Technology Asia function - to ensure key messages of performance and delivery are cascaded to key stakeholders.
- Facilitates the communication of lessons learned, and shares insights with the broader team of Operations Managers.

**What you need to have**:

- 5-8 years of relevant experiences in fast-paced MNC environment
- Strong project manager skills and proficient in Excel and Powerpoint
- Exhibit excellent communications skills and have the ability to interact with multiple teams (i.e., organizing, planning, problem-solving, and decision making) necessary for effective management.
- Display excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Thrive working in a team environment with a customer service focus
- Team player, willing to learn attitude
