We believe in working from the ground up. Hence, our supervisors and managers are all promoted from within the company, working upwards from the service crew position - with some going on to take on marketing, HR, training, audit roles, etc. It is part of our company ethos to ensure that the management provides a good support and fosters two-way conversation - so that each team member can grow and flourish in their job roles.

**Responsibilities**:

- Offering friendly and efficient service, attending to customers’ enquiries
- Taking and processing of orders, preparation and serving of food and drinks
- Setting up and clearing down of operations
- Receiving and checking of inventory and perishables
- Ensuring clear communication within the team members for each shift, so that instructions are passed on correctly
- Reporting to outlet manager

**Basic Requirements**:

- Experience and interest in F&B
- Able to work in different outlets if required
- Able to work weekends & public holidays

**Skills & Abilities**:

- Well-groomed with good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive and reliable, able to adapt and learn quickly
- Ability to withstand stress and work well under pressure

**Other job details & benefits**:

- 5 day work week, no split shifts
