The role is responsible for managing the Social Media channels and content creation for TANGS, which includes but is not limited to copywriting, product photography, videography, design aesthetics, graphics & creative

direction.

**Responsibilities**

**Content Creation**
- Understand TANGS tone of voice and develop creative and relevant content to achieve engagement, positive brand perception and sales on social channels that are not limited to: Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube;
- Photography, videography and copywriting for all social media initiatives
**Analytics**
- Monitoring and reviewing social media/ digital analytics to recommend and implement new ideas/strategies/tactics;
- Provide monthly analysis and reports on channel performance and campaigns.

**Teamwork**
- Work closely with the marketing team by providing relevant social content to enhance marketing campaigns;
- Developing good interdepartmental relationships to achieve efficiency and positive outcomes;
- Working closely with media agency to develop and implement digital marketing communication initiatives that create online awareness to drive traffic and conversions on both in stores and online.

**Budget**
- Manage the digital marketing budgets for social and digital advertising to ensure effective spend by achieving set ROIs.
