The Community Leadership & Social Innovation Centre (CLASIC) is looking for a Centre Executive to see to the overall administration and management of the Centre, and working closely with the Centre Director and Deputy Director, to play a key role in the development of its core operations.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Work closely with the Centre Manager to see to the day-to-day operations of the Centre
- Assist with budget management and cost-effectiveness in Centre operations
- Manage all Centre administrative matters with its community partners eg. scheduling meetings, taking notes of meetings, following up on action items, etc (work closely with the Centre Manager)
- Work with co-opted Centre Executive Committee as its secretariat and manage all administrative matters for the Centre ExCo meetings and follow-ups
- Manage enquiries, feedback, complaints, and incidents in relations to Centre operations
- Observe confidentiality of information in relations to Centre, community partners, staff, students, service providers, etc

**Job Requirements**
- At least 3 years of experience in administration or management work
- At least a basic university degree or polytechnic diploma administration or management
